We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused ink cartridges within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Unopened and Unused: Ink cartridges must be in their original packaging and not used.
  • Original Packaging: Items must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation, is required.
Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
