  • 30-Day Limited Warranty: Our ink cartridges are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
  • Damage Due to Misuse: Cartridges damaged due to improper use, storage, or installation.
  • Tampered or Altered Cartridges: Refilled, tampered, or depleted cartridges.
  • Printer-Related Issues: Problems caused by printer malfunctions, incorrect settings, or compatibility issues.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Ink drying out due to non-use or normal wear and tear.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please:
  • Provide Details: Share your order number, receipt, and a description of the issue.
  • Resolution Options: We’ll provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Important Details
  • Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the defective product.
